Terms of Use
Effective date: July 18, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of GetHillCountrySeptic.com and the service-request features offered under the Hill Country Septic Pros brand. The website is offered under the Hill Country Septic Pros brand (“Hill Country Septic Pros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the website, submitting a service request, or calling a number displayed on the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you submit a request for a property, you must have authority to request service for that property or permission from its owner or responsible party.
2. What Hill Country Septic Pros Provides
Hill Country Septic Pros operates a website and communications system through which consumers may request septic-related service in Central Texas. We may provide request intake, telephone routing, general information, service-area screening, and communication support.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a professional will be available, that a particular service can be performed, that an appointment will be offered, or that the request will result in completed work.
3. Independent Service Professionals
Septic field services are performed by independent local professionals. Unless expressly stated in writing, those professionals are not employees, agents, joint venturers, franchisees, or representatives of Hill Country Septic Pros.
Each independent professional is solely responsible for:
- Determining whether work is within its service area and capabilities.
- Maintaining required licenses, registrations, permits, and insurance.
- Inspecting and diagnosing the property or septic system.
- Providing estimates, pricing, scheduling, and payment terms.
- Performing work safely and legally and obtaining required permits.
- Workmanship, warranties, customer service, and claims arising from its services.
References on the website to experience, services, availability, licenses, insurance, or professional qualifications apply only to a particular professional when separately confirmed. Review the professional’s identity, credentials, estimate, contract, warranty, and insurance before authorizing work.
4. Estimates, Service Agreements, and Payment
Website information is general and is not a binding estimate. Quotes are provided by the independent professional. Final scope and price may depend on inspection, access, tank size, condition, location, permits, and additional work.
Review the provider’s terms before authorizing work. Payment for septic work is governed by your agreement with the professional. Hill Country Septic Pros is not responsible for charges unless it expressly processes or collects payment. If the platform later collects payments, these Terms must be updated before that feature is enabled.
5. Emergencies and Safety
The website is not an emergency-response or public-safety service. Selecting “This is an emergency,” calling the website number, or submitting an urgent request does not guarantee immediate or same-day response.
For an immediate threat to life, health, fire safety, drinking water, or public safety, call 911 or the appropriate public authority.
Until a septic problem is evaluated, reduce unnecessary water use, keep people and animals away from standing wastewater or an unsafe tank opening, and do not enter a septic tank. Septic tanks may contain toxic gases and unsafe conditions.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and property information and describe the issue honestly.
- Disclose known hazards and have authority to request work.
- Provide lawful property access and keep children and animals away from work areas.
- Review estimates before authorizing work and pay amounts properly agreed with the professional.
- Comply with applicable property, HOA, and permitting obligations.
- Do not submit false, abusive, or fraudulent requests.
7. Calls and Text Messages
By providing a telephone number and requesting service, you authorize Hill Country Septic Pros and the independent professional responding to your request to contact you about that request by call or text. Consent is not a condition of purchasing service. Message and data rates may apply.
You may revoke consent to texts by replying STOP and may request that calls stop through any reasonable method. Communications necessary to complete or document a service you requested may continue where permitted by law.
When permitted by law and after appropriate notice, calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, service coordination, security, training, and dispute resolution.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website for:
- Fraudulent or fictitious requests, harassment, abuse, impersonation, or unlawful purposes.
- Disruptive automated scraping, security bypass attempts, malware, or prohibited reverse engineering.
- Submitting another person’s information without authority.
- Interfering with forms, phone routing, or analytics.
- Copying website content for a competing commercial service.
We may restrict or terminate access for misuse.
9. General Information Only
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and is not engineering, environmental, legal, permitting, health, or professional septic advice. Septic systems and requirements vary by property, soil, system type, county, and regulatory authority. A qualified professional and the appropriate local authority should evaluate property-specific questions.
10. Intellectual Property
The website’s branding, design, original text, graphics, code, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Hill Country Septic Pros and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission. Third-party names, marks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
Third-party links and independent providers are not controlled by Hill Country Septic Pros. Their inclusion does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its request-intake features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Hill Country Septic Pros does not guarantee uninterrupted website operation, availability of a professional, response time, pricing, diagnosis, service results, workmanship, or fitness of any service for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hill Country Septic Pros and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services performed by an independent professional.
Hill Country Septic Pros is not responsible for an independent professional’s acts, omissions, estimates, pricing, scheduling, licensing, insurance, permits, workmanship, warranties, property damage, bodily injury, or contractual obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Hill Country Septic Pros for claims arising directly from the website or request-intake service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount the user paid directly to Hill Country Septic Pros for the website service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Hill Country Septic Pros harmless from third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, fraudulent service request, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or lack of authority to request service for a property.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a lawsuit, you and Hill Country Septic Pros agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by sending written notice describing the issue and requested resolution. Notices to Hill Country Septic Pros must be sent to goudarllc@gmail.com and 4407 Zacharys Run, Cedar Park, TX 78613.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, any legal proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Williamson County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Changes to the Website or These Terms
We may update website features and these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and may be communicated by an appropriate site notice.
17. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful behavior, or violation of these Terms. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.
18. General Terms
These Terms are the entire agreement concerning website use. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer. Headings are for convenience. Electronic communications satisfy written-notice requirements where legally permitted.
